Empresa Engenho Mucambo Ltda. Descripción The Mucambo Farm, located in the municipality of Goianinha, is the producer of the crafted Cachaça Maria Boa. The founding family has been producing cachaça since the nineteenth century. The old mills are now deactivated but the family’s secular experience led to the resumption of the production of cachaça, through the implementation of the Mucambo Mills in 2003, equipped with modern machinery, using cutting edge technology with extreme care about hygiene and cleanliness. Today, it produces the Cachaça Maria Boa. The Yellow Satin barrels store and soften the Cachaça Maria Boa, which acquires a light yellow tint and a smooth, refined taste.
